And we're off!

Wish me luck traveling with a 7 year old that can't remember the last Christmas she spent in Scotland and is very sad to leave her Daddy and friends behind, and especially to miss one of her friends' birthday parties,
which is being held tomorrow. I am the big bad Mummy who maliciously did not take her social life into account. ( the date of the Party was changed at the last minute btw) l'm getting a scary premonition of the teenage years....

Doesn't matter that I know she'll be just as sad to get on the plane back again in 3 weeks time!
