Take time to slow down....

....and blip the sunset!

I was rushing along the river returning from a shopping trip with my mother and sister and this was the scene along the Saint John River. I was running late for a get-together with friends so I made no move to pull over and take a pic or two. My sister said, "Don't you want to take a picture of that view for today's blip?" I then realized that I'd regret not taking the 1-2 minutes to pull over, roll down my window and take a few shots. This is my favourite of the lot....

The water levels are still very high from Tuesday's horrible rain. There are some areas of the province that have suffered devestating floods with homes literally washed down rivers or streams.
