Mow (Rhymes with 'Cow')

My daughter found the necklace she made me about a year and a half ago. "Why does this say 'mow'?" she asked me, pronouncing mow so that it rhymed with cow.

"You made it for me," I explained. "I think you were trying to spell m-o-m but got the w upside down."

"Why would I do that?"

"Because you were only three."

"That's silly. 'Mow'" she said again.

Yes, I suppose she's right, but that's what I still love about that necklace.
