More drenching rain today, then late afternoon a sudden burst of sunshine and another view of the mountains. The wind has turned to a nor'wester, warm and scented with honey and pine.

The gingery lichen on the left is one that I have not blipped before. Apart from the colour it doesn't have the wow factor that many other lichens have. This could be called "Lichen 10." Here are the thumbnails of the others in the series.
