Big and Small

Our little town of Zihuatanejo was invaded by a cruise ship today. The whole complexion of downtown changed, more vendors, more shops open, and everything very crowded with English speaking people. We watched the parade for awhile, feeling quite smug in the fact that we lived here, and then escaped to La Ropa Beach where I captured the big cruise ship juxtapositioned with this small local water taxi. By 18:00 the ship had departed and all had returned to normal.
