Its seen better days....

.....has this rose. In sharpe contrast to the dark and gloomy one from the other day, this one is white and bright.

Such a pretty thing, white single petals, repeat flowerer. The heat of yesterday, with the misty rain today has blemished its petals. I took this through the dining room window with the lensbaby f2.8, the diffused light gave it a nice look and almost overexposed to a degree. Its been 6 day since I have blipped a flower from my garden, now that has to be a record.

Goodness, there has been some work done here today.....Doug doing the windows inside and out, crikey they look fantastic!! Me, well I've been at the top of a ladder with saw in hand sawing branches of a couple of trees, (its called roll reversal!!) and then hauling them out to the fire pile, which will have to wait before we put a match to as we have fire restrictions now I think.
