Well I managed to get up for about an hour today, still feeling very poorly and after a visit by the docs on Thursday I am now on 8 antibiotics a day for the next 10 days. (There goes the Christmas champers then)

All in all a bad week and the trick is to try and get well enough so that I can make a long awaited trip back up North to see my mum and also the new addition to the family.

While laying in bed (and 10,000 games of angry birds later) I made the mistake of reading the leaflet that came with my new medication .... was rather mortified to read the possible side effects of taking it was "a Black Hairy tongue" I didn't know whether to PMSL or go and lick something!?!?!?

So now I lay here constantly checking for signs that I may be in some mid life transformation Into a werewolf of some description .... as they say, what doesn't kill you will cure you!

Oh yeah ...It also snowed very heavily here today and tomorrows task is to stay awake for more than a couple of hours.
