Educating Maggie

I am now lucky enough to be able to make use of a good DSLR camera on a regular basis so the education now begins. Although I managed some reasonable pretty snow scenes and a good-ish group of birds on the feeder, this was, to me, more interesting.
The fountain at Dunham Massey was playing, rather to my surprise. But perhaps this prevents freezing and damage in the pipes. The water was freezing on the surrounding rocks though. I wish I knew how to show the droplets individually. First lesson perhaps?
