Din Eidyn

The castle - in some form - entered recorded history in the early 7th century. It is Scotland's most popular tourist attraction.

It was another very overcast day in Edinburgh and with no colour whatsoever it seemed best to keep the photo in black & white. The crowd control barriers are up as the council prepare for the Hogmanay festivities.
