Negombo sails

After about a month of rain the weather was good enough to go diving again. The thing I like the most about Negombo is these fishing boats. There are whole fleets of them a few miles of shore and their square sails make them look like a flotilla of tropical Viking longboats. We stopped our boat to trade and our skipper bought some prawns for bait. Once they discovered we had no biscuits or cigarettes (as far as I could tell, their only words of English), we all went on our way.
