Decorations

Apart from the fact that a particularly strong gust blew this over today during a blizzard, the decoration outside the house is standing up well to what the weather throws at it.

Admittedly the water the branches are in is frozen but at least that meant that it didn't all fall out.

STV got the weather right again as they forecast snow for this area - not much but on top of the sheet ice everywhere it is treacherous under foot. I slid all over the place getting down to put out feed and water for the birds and the damn wood pigeons are eating my greens. I know this is what they do but as I am feeding them, you would think they would at least leave my greens alone. Unfortunately with snow on it's way, I can't net them, otherwise I would.
