Fun with Holiday Specs

We found these fun paper glasses (sort of like what you get when you leave the opthomologist's office after your eyes are dialated.) with fun filters for lenses. They come with different filters, such as flying angels, Santas, the word 'noel', etc. My favorite one is the star. You just put them on and look at Christmas lights. I found a pair sitting on the counter this evening and wondered if it would work with a camera, and viola! it does!

The snowman is one of the yearly ornaments we buy. The girls should both have healthy ornament collections when they leave the nest.
