Angeethi

That is the resturant where I went for Lunch on Sunday afternoon. The decor, the menu cards, the detail of carvings on the walls, the old movie posters... everything is taken care of to the minutest of details to make sure that at least for a brief moment, you get a bit of respite from the fast city life. Angeethi weaves a rustic atmosphere around delicious food. The food quaity is excellent.

In India, the highways frequented mostly by trucks and travelers are littered with Dhabas, or the small informal resturants. These are well known for their rich and delicious food.

Someone decided to bring the idea to the city. I think Angeethi is very nice place to taste traditional Indian cuisine.
