All that glitters...

Melissa said that if you took your lens off and held it to the camera back to front you could take a macro photo. And look, she was right. This is some gold leaf on my desk. It was quite nice out today but I didnt take my camera out because I like to live dangerously.

And I very nearly took the same tentacle shot I took a year ago looking for things to macro. I surely hope no one ever tries to open that jar of tentacles...
