Big Brother

Today has been non stop! after helping nedim clean and redress his scars, put his embolism socks on (its not the easiest thing to do at 7:30 a.m) and helping him dress, washing and dressing Zara nd then sorting myself we jumped in the car and took nedim to the doctor for some tests following up his op. Whilst he was there Zara and i dashed to buy some tree decorations. Zara in her car seat propped on the trolley we darted round the store, thankfully everything was on the gorund floor! We then dashed back to the hospital for nedim. We grabbed lunch on the road home, got home only to recieve a call that some of nedims work friends were coming to visit - sh** i thought the house wasn't ready for visitors.
After helping nedim out fo the car and carrying Zara in to the house (and all the stuff needed for an outing with Zara) took the rest of the bags in. Ate lunch, tidied round and knock knock they were here.
When they left: tree was decorated, ironing done and put away(the pile was from floor to ceiling) , dry washing folded to form another pile of ironing, washing machine emptied and on the line (clothes not the machine) and in between all of this, kept the fire burning, fed Zara every 2 hours, changed her numerous times, played with her, photographed her with her big brother and taught her how to do all of the above!!
