Feeling very sorry for myself today. Started with a stomach bug yesterday afternoon, ended up going to bed when the boys did. Still decidedly dodgy today. Thankfully TPD cleared it with school to go in a bit late, he left me sleeping and sorted the boys out, then took Son One to school. Meant I had to miss out on the Christmas lunch at church though :-(

After playing hunt-the-car-keys (finally located under a pile of TPD's stuff under the kitchen table..) I went to fetch Son One from football this afternoon. As we turned into the drive, I noticed that behind one side of the house it was really dark ("black over Bill's mother's" as my brother in law would say), with the sun bursting through on the other. Had changed a bit by the time I got the camera out, but I still like the light in this. You can just about spot Son One in the middle of the foreground too!
