headed to Chester for the one day Christmas splurge, in M&S cafe stood behind a tiny old lady ordering a cup of tea and 'piece of that lovely cake' while the nice young man serving did his funny/flirty customer service bit for her, a little bit of banter seemed to make her day, her eyes sparkled and she beamed all the way to the till. I stood and tried not to cry. Emotional sop.
