All I want

Is for my landlord to fix the gutter. All of the rainwater from the entire house drains right onto my steps. He is a good landlord; he addresses problems as soon as we need. He lets me have my dogs, we can afford this place. In fact, he spent this whole past summer doing improvements. But, it would be nice if my steps were not part of a waterfall. Or ice slide as the case may be.
