Seatbelt? Don't talk to me about seatbelts...

Very stressful day: our 4x4 failed the MOT test due to a frayed seatbelt.
The nearest new part is in Belgium, and will cost over £300

Spent ages trying to 'source' another, and struck lucky with a car-breakers in Leven, Fife. 3.5 hour round trip, half day off work, and the $%£**&^ thing doesn't fit -- aaarrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!

Now thinking about plan F - and with the car off the road, hoping it doesn't snow.
