Hydrangea heaven

Year before last we sadly had to remove an 80 odd year old cherry tree that was growing badly to make way for our vegie garden. Underneath were two very large hydrangeas that last autumn we divided into....14!
They have all taken off in this fantastic weather (lots of rain) and all are a metre plus high in one season - rather incredible.
This is from a different hydrangea which I hacked back a few months ago, but is already back to its usual 2 metre high height. Gotta love em!
