Deep blues

It is easier to ride at around 120 F (47 C) than it is to ride at 26 F (-4 C). Not having gloves is a bad idea and after the pain reaches a point, the hands become numb. The ears initially hurt, but after a while they become fine. Riding in hail is tougher. Before the ride began, I tries drying the seat but the "water" was stuck. So I had to scrape it off. There was a layer of ice on top of everything. A couple of rides I couldn't avoid today.

Another tough day at the office. Loads of problem solving and strategy. I like the way problems are tackled here, mostly as a team. In India there is more hierarchy-consciousness.
