Hampshire

Our next destination was just south of Alton in Hampshire. Another lovely part of England in which to walk. We stayed four nights here with my sister and her husband, a now retired army Colonel.

Its funny really how visitors come to the north west coast of Scotland for the open space, mountains, sea lochs and wild life. But here in thge southern cdounties of England it is equally beautiful. I love visiting here. I suppose it is the same wherever you are. You get used to mit and enjoy the variety elsewhere.
