Northampton lets Glasgow Flourish!!!!

Spotted this sign over the entrance to a Subway shop in Fish Street Northampton.

Old store was "Malcolm Inglis" but no further information; this carved entrance sign is most impressive but why Northampton should be encouraging Glasgow to flourish is a mystery indeed.
