Filled this in for the gym noticeboard today.

I really like my gym. The staff are friendly and it's really easy. You can just go in, do your thing with the minimum of fuss, and get out again.

There are however a few poseurs who strut about the place (to quote Irivne Welsh) "like their sh*ite disnay smell". I am maybe being oversenstive about the tissues - but it's the sort of thing that really gets my goat. (To put it into context - I got really annoyed watching Big Brother when i saw the state that they let the bedroom get into.)

Ach well. Maybe it's time for the Christmas spirit...
