Lack of.....

.....inspiration, imagination and enthusiasm. I blame the sun, or lack of it. It's disappeared and without it I don't function very well - hence the absence of Blips since Saturday.

Anyway, enough moaning. I suppose I should explain this rather odd snap. It's a shutter stop and although there are a few of this design in Symi they are not that common. If you drop it down on its hinge it's a womans head and maybe I'll Blip this another time. The design of the head strikes me as having a Turkish influence which is not really surprising as Symi was part of Ottoman Empire for a long period of its history and other signs of this are apparently all over Symi (if you know what you're looking for, which I don't!!).
