Something fishy

Have you ever watch the BBC3 series Young xxx of the Year? Well it's a bit shite, so don't bother, but I have a little crush on George Lamb so watch it for him. How he keeps a straight face sometimes is beyond me; the consummate professional.

Last night it was Young Fishmonger of the Year. Thankfully the cocky 24 year old didn't win.

It sprang to mind today as I am making mackerel pate, prepping for my Christmas Dinner Group here at La La towers tomorrow night.
