Lunch!

Lucky find today with this blip.

Wandered out into the garden with my wee camera to look for images. Saw a bee caught in a web and thought it was a chance but as I eyed the shot up I noticed this wee spider - only about 1/2 cm at widest part - on a alstroemeria bud.
I have seen a few around the garden over the past few weeks and have tried on several occasions to get a good image of one. Today I am happy with the result, except for the wish for a better focus area.
The luck came with seeing the image on my laptop and realising that the spider was eating it's catch!! Amazing. One less greenfly to do it's damage. Note the angle of it's legs pressing to get away.
