Late afternoon in the park

Another sunny but cold day. Roger left this morning on a short business trip to Bromont, near Montreal. He'll be back Friday lunch time. I was doing odd jobs in the morning as well as finishing the Christmas cards and letters, which I later mailed on my way to the gym to work out. I always feel so good once I've been, but it takes a lot of effort just to get there some days! It was late afternoon by the time I was leaving the gym, and I still didn't have a blip, so I stopped off briefly in Swaim Park. Then I went to get something to eat and do a bit more shopping. Roger called this evening and told me all about the lovely French meal he'd just enjoyed! Sigh!

I see in last year's blip House in the country, we had a lovely mild day a year ago (58 F) and we went biking. Today we topped out at about 23 or 24 F - not the weather for biking today!
