Ain't That Just Like You, To Worry Bout Me....

My mum tells me a lot of rubbish sometimes.

My mum told me you can get piles from sitting on cold doorsteps.

She also told me you can get cystitis from standing in puddles (she wishes).

The two things she did tell me that are most certainly true.

1. Having a baby is bloody sore.

2. Being a parent is bloody sore.

And mother, I want you to acknowledge - I may have disagreed with you on the Piles, and the Cystitis, but I never, ever, once contradicted you on one and two above!
