Portrait of a Five Year Old

...the first one that is.

Ms. B officially turns five today.

And what a fantastic start to her day...a balloon bouquet in her bedroom (our birthday tradition), a stack full of pancakes lit by a candle, vanilla milk, and of course extra hugs and kisses.

She was VERY excited to go to school for her birthday walk and celebration with her friends. If only I could be the fly on the wall at school today....

And of course, she gets to choose dinner this evening.
