Seaweed

Barking, Cousteau and I met up with some good friends at their house this afternoon. They live a stones throw from the beach, so we walked Cousteau and their 7 month old puppy Georgia down to the beach. Georgia is a German Wire Haired Pointer, very similar in energy levels and stamina to Cousteau. The two dogs tore around causing havoc and our friends two year old boy W tore around after them.

It was all very hectic and lots of fun. W had a great time sitting in some seawater playing in the very muddy sand until the water soaked through all clothes and nappy, at which point it was time to go home.

I took a lot of dog playing shots, plenty of cute toddler shots, however the light wasn't great and I think this quick shot of a piece of seaweed makes for a much calmer blip.

Went back to J and S's house, had a BBQ, S and I drank far too much as it was Barking's turn to drive. It was great to catch up with J, S and W and Cousteau and Georgia had a great time jumping on each other all afternoon and all night.
