Dream boat?

This rusty old tub has been alongside the Shore in Leith for as long as I can remember - and for what feels like years, they've been refurbishing it.

The thing is, I've got a bet on with a fellow blipper that they're actually making it worse. And now that the thing seems to be all but complete, this would be a good time to resolve the issue.
