Bacon

Unbelievably I was just about to upload this blip when just sitting started mentioning Francis Bacon in reference to yesterday's image. I already had my title ready for today's too, I'm going to have to upload far earlier in the day if I want to keep ahead of the game at this rate.

Anyway, reason for late upload is that I've just spent the last couple of hours on one of those online photo gift type sites where we always make a calendar each year, fill it with pictures of our girls and send copies of it down to the grandparents who live Down South. It's usually our eldest who draws a colourful picture of the four of us which then gets scanned in and used as the cover image. But not this year, oh no, for the first time that honour has been given to our youngest who is pretty nifty with the felt tips these days. Been listening on and off all day to the Loop Finding Jazz Records album by Jan Jelinek that I recently reheard for the first time in years. Ahh, I do love a bit of microhouse (for once that's a real vaguely commonly-used genre name by the way, not one of my own daft concotions, honest). Favourite track coming up right here
