Can you guess what it is yet?

A hangover of epic proportions today. Surely caused by drinking grape and grain in the same session rather than the copious quantities imbibed...

A trip to the spa with Roz, her mum and Dave and Sara certainly helped. I felt really rough until I had a (gentle) swim which seemed to sort me out a bit. It had never occurred to me to try swimming as a hangover cure before.
