Maple Seed

A small departure from the recent theme today. Dipped into my blipbox and first thing I pulled out was a seed brought back from Barcelona. I'm not 100% sure what it is because of its size. Looks like our Sycamore seed, you know, those guys we knew as Helicopters when we were kids, on account of the way they spin when falling to earth. The only thing is, this thing is HUGE by comparison with our Sycamores being about 7cm from tip to toe. As the Sycamore and the Maple are first cousins, I'm going with the latter.
OK, so it looks a bit strange. That's my fault. Having got a perfectly acceptable record shot, I just had to go messing about in software didn't I. Using a Photoshop plug in called Flexify from Flaming Pear gave me the distortion I wanted, to make it look like an Art Deco motif.
