Winter biking nr 3

My series of winter biking continues.
I photographed this biker only 3 km from the Central Railway station of Helsinki.
We have 60 cm snow and on Saturday it snowed 10 cm.
I don't understand the complaints of people in Helsinki about bad service for cleaning the roads. I am fully satisfied. The question is always about the reference point, where to compare the own situation.
