OK, sun's out again so town's beaches pictures resume.

Walking further around the coast anti-clockwise from Porthgwidden is the biggest and most famous - Portmeor - popular with surfers and featuring the Tate St. Ives museum (the tall pointy building towards the middle) and the graveyard (which has featured in several other photos I've posted on here).
