Xmas Puds

fast becoming an Xmas tradition - I am makig puds again this year - not nearly so bad as last year (I had to harvest the suet - nuff said) and this year (with a bit of prganisation - the Bon Ton meat market did the honours - and so a simple mix and I have the steaming equipment sorted out - and 10 hours later.. (see Monday's blip for the result...)
