Washing away the working week

A half-day today took me to the South Bank after work. I had an important mission - to find a simple yet very special necklace for my desk buddy. She's one of the 'goers' (see yesterday's blip for explanation), and she's been with the company for 12 years. I'm really pleased with the amount I was able to spend on her pressie. I found the perfect one (I hope!) in Gabriel's Wharf. Just opposite the Wharf is where the sand sculpture guy does his thing. I caught his latest just as the tide was trying to wash it away. I'm guessing the legs belong to an elephant.
