The Joy of Socks

As stated in some of my prior blips, I love to knit, especially socks. These are some of the many pairs that I have knit over the past few years. I like to knit socks because they are fast, portable, and the sock yarn does so many wonderful things. You have to keep going so you can see what it's going to do next. Very addicting. All are knit from the toe up. They are wonderful to wear and keep your feet very warm in the winter. Once you've had a pair of good hand knit socks, you can't go back to store bought. They're not as cheap as commercial socks, but they last forever, and when they do wear out, you have the pleasure of knitting a new pair!
