Woodchester in the fog

Woke this morning with a headache - too much perry last night?

Seeking fresh air I headed for Rodborough Common above the fog,

which swirled through the valleys, dazzling in the clear sunlight.

Momentary glimpses, trees and dwellings, cleared then melted away.
