Our Tree

Tonight I am under strict instructions to blip our tree.

So here is the Grant Christmas tree...over sized and over decorated and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have a friend who always has a themed tree: tartan one year, white the next, teddies the next. It always looks completely stunning but slightly unreal to me. It would never fit in with our rather more eclectic lifestyle.

Every year we each choose a new ornament plus add any that the Henry (and eventually Noah) will make at school. By the time the boys leave home it'll probably take us a week to decorate it :-)

It's Sub Sunday again and this week I have mostly been enjoying YoungPoet I highly recommend this journal. It's a mix of terrific images and cool poetry.
