Greenhead farmers' market

Greenhead farmers' market is always great fun. It's a "proper" farmers' market to my mind - all the stalls are taken by local people selling their wares, from vegetables to bread to organic meat to cheese (all locally produced of course). In addition today there were lots of extra stalls for Christmas, so we could buy our provisions and a few late Christmas presents too.

The photo is of WB, well known in Greenhead and beyond. She organises the market and counts people in every month. I liked the sign behind her so I have not cropped it out.

I met fellow blipper After the Rain at the market so we had a bit of a chat about why we like Blipfoto (of course)!
