Spoken Words Through A Whisper
There's a haze that falls like a thin blanket over ones' mind. This blanket is black and cold; minimum warmth seeps through, and mostly negative thoughts form around your core. Your core is what leads you; what separates you from everyone else, what drives you to stay with one instead of another. When this haze sticks itself to your mind, its hard to be fully happy, wether it is because you have forgotten why you choose the decisions you make, or because you don't seem to be thinking clearly about a situation; filling in blanks with the wrong answers. This haze brings multiple aspects to the front of your thought process, it examines the unlikely possibilities more so than the likely. This haze is horrible. No warmth enters the heart. Cold consumes. Defenses are raised. Bitterness follows. Even to the outside eye, things aren't the same. More importantly though, the warmth that once fueled the day seemed to freeze in the confusion and is slowly deteriorating into nothing.
And nothing is the worst feeling in the world.
