Where did I go? Part 3: The reason...
So, I have posted a few blips about losing weight and climbing.
Today I blip me climbing.
First I blipped the bruises on my knee caused by a climb, found here.
Then I blipped how loose my pants are fitting, found here in my Where'd I Go? Part 1 blip.

Climbing builds lean muscle, helps tone arms, legs and back and burns a lot of calories.
It helps with hand-eye coordination, balance and stamina.
It is amazing.
It can hurt and it will kick your behind....but it is so worth getting to the top!!
This particular wall was really easy, but it was the only 'autobelay' available...I could not find a person to belay me up a regular route.
