Cube

The Congress Palace on the Mont des Arts, that was built for the World Fair held in Brussels in 1958, was recently renovated and reopened last year.

The centrepiece of the new complex called "Square" is a 13m high glass cube that forms the entrance. The architects have designed the cube to blend in and match the layout of the historic garden next to it. This modern cube is quite striking and I like the lines of the steel beams they used.
