the yearly chore of writing Christmas cards. unfortunately there was no mulled wine available.

The sobering part of writing Christmas cards is the people that are now not with us. We save our cards as a reminder the next year, so people just disappear each year.

So let's raise us glass for the people who are now hopefully enjoying Christmas from some other place.
