Bottoms up

Stumbled upon this nasty little thing when rummaging through the kitchen cupboards in search of something edible.

Scharlachberg is a German brandy, it truly tastes horrible. We bought it just before the birth of our daughter as a main ingredient of the so-called "birth labour cocktail". This infamous mix also includes castor oil, orange juice and mineral water and is meant to induce birth labour if the whole process doesn't start spontaneously. If that doesn't help the alternative is an intravenous pharmaceutical mix (which makes things even worse).

Luckily everything went well and birth started just before the hospital's deadline, so I guess we won't be needing this ever again :)
