Described by the film crew that made Rebus as the dingiest street in Edinburgh, which makes me think that they havn't explored Edinburgh very closely (London cocktail set).It is however spoiled by a run down Bingo building that could be a Fab cinema, the most depressing Scotmid this side of Harthill (and thats stiff competition) and brand new renovated flats that have a great view of the public cludgie.Oh! I forgot to mention the DSS flats, the pub at the bottom of the road that's called "The Place", it's 3rd incarnation in the last 18 months, as it was being overtaken by types known as the "Restalrig crew", and a general smell of Domestos from guess where.
