Ecclefechan!

Now I really know Christmas is on its way....if a certain brewer made festive tarts they would make Ecclefechan.

Away now to make a gingerbread latte & give this the attention it deserves

P.S these first caused a storm 3 years ago when a national supermarket decided to market them, and you couldn't get them for love nor money, now though they have became a regular festive season item. They are like a cross between a pecan pie & a border tart (#s 2 & 3 in my all time favourite pie list ;-) and coming from a family of 'Borders folk' are a real taste of childhood Christmas for me BBC report 2007
